For Kara Pulcher, growing up on the shores of Lake Erie instilled the love of being on the water and boating at an early age. Growing up in a close family and small community instilled the values of hard work, treating people the way you want to be treated, and always doing your best — values that serve you better than many things taught as you get older. When Kara started her sales career out of college, she never lost sight of those core values: hard work, treating people fairly, and doing your best. Today, she keeps them at the forefront of her business. After selling boats for MarineMax for several years, Kara took a leap of faith in 2006 and moved to Florida to be with her husband, Tim, and started a new career in real estate. Both have been two of the best decisions she has made. During that time, the Florida real estate market was ever changing — giving her the opportunity to learn things that many agents never experience. Years later, she wouldn't change a thing and is grateful for the opportunity, but she knew that something was missing…the lake. Today, Kara is enjoying her real estate career here on the shores of Lake Erie with CENTURY 21 Bolte Real Estate. As a member of the Bolte team, Kara hopes to continue per passion for real estate while building lasting connections with clients, colleagues, and the island community along the way. Other interests include her two Brittany dogs (Quinn and Mako), gardening, camping, and volunteering for Brittany Rescue Groups.
