Ty Bolte is a graduate of The Ohio State University’s
Fisher College of Business, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree with a
specialization in Logistics Management. His academic background provides him
with a strong foundation in organization, negotiation, and strategic
thinking—skills that translate directly into delivering a smooth and efficient
real estate experience for his clients.
Raised in Tiffin, Ohio, Ty has deep roots in the local
community and graduated from Hopewell-Loudon High School in 2022. Growing up in
a family with a long-standing presence in real estate, he developed an early
appreciation for the importance of trust, relationships, and service—values
that continue to guide his professional approach today.
Ty is passionate about helping individuals and families
navigate the buying and selling process with confidence. He takes pride in
building lasting relationships and is committed to helping clients find not
just a house, but a place they can truly call home.
Outside of real estate, Ty enjoys spending time with family
and friends on Lake Erie. He also stays actively involved in entrepreneurial
ventures, including bartending and supporting his siblings in their
businesses—experiences that reinforce his strong work ethic and people-first
mindset.
