As a licensed Realtor since
2000 and receiving my broker’s license 2019, I bring over two decades of
experience and expertise to the real estate industry. With a commitment to
professional development, I’ve earned numerous designations including Certified
Residential Specialist (CRS), Resort & Second Home Property Specialist
(RSPS), Internet Professional Certification (e-PRO), Certified Negotiation
Expert (CNE) and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR).
As a full time real estate professional, I’ve
actively contributed to the industry by serving as a Director and Past
President of the Firelands Association Realtors, as well as being a member of
Firelands MLS and MLS Now, and a recipient of the Realtor Of The Year award
from the Firelands Association of Realtors.
On a more personal note, I enjoy family time with
my loved ones, my wife, two grown-up children and our beloved golden retriever
Rylee. I take great pride in being a homeowner in Sandusky and on Kelleys
Island. These personal investments reflect my genuine passion for the
communities I serve and my deep understanding of the local real estate market.
